Dr. Hakikur Rahman is a distinguished academic and editor with a career spanning over 30 years in computer science, knowledge management, and sustainable development. He has contributed extensively to academia through teaching, research, and editorial work. He has held positions at leading institutions, including BRAC University, the University of Minho in Portugal, Asian University of Bangladesh, and Presidency University in Bangladesh. His research interests include ICT4D, e-governance, AI, blockchain, and open innovation.

Dr. Rahman has authored and edited over 25 books, more than 50 book chapters, and contributed over 200 journal articles. His edited books include:

As an academic and editor, contributing to the body of knowledge through scholarly publications has always been a passion of mine.
